Davenport Club’s Emily Escobedo breaks record

Emily Escobedo came prepared and it paid off. The 14-year-old swimmer from the Davenport Club put on a marvelous display as she broke the county record in the 14 & under girls’ 100-yard breaststroke leading to a bronze medal in the 13-14 girls’ division at last week’s Westchester County Swim Championships held at Playland.
